Assign the encounter’s repeatable jobs before the pull. During progression, clean mechanic execution is worth more than marginal damage gained by ignoring movement or assignments.
Pick up incoming adds and prevent them from reaching healers.
Watch add tanks and Akama while the raid clears the channelers.
Kill priority channelers and dangerous adds, then burn the Shade when it becomes active.
