Why Groups Matter

TBC Is Not a Raid-Wide Buff Game

Many of the strongest TBC effects are party-wide. Shaman totems and Bloodlust/Heroism placement, Ferocious Inspiration, Leader of the Pack, Moonkin Aura, Trueshot Aura and several other effects reward deliberate five-player group design.

A strong 25-player roster therefore needs more than the right class count: the right character has to be in the right party.

Phase 3

Plan for Black Temple & Hyjal

Use the raid target selector while building a progression roster. For Black Temple the planner reminds you about Shadow Protection for Mother Shahraz; for Hyjal it emphasizes a stable tank/healer core and broad party support for long trash-wave sequences.
